Enjoy warm, delicious beignets with very minimal prep work.
- 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury pizza crust
- canola oil
- powder sugar
Take pizza crust out of can and lay flat.
Cut 2" by 2" squares into dough.
Heat canola oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
When oil is hot, add beignet dough to pan and cook until golden brown.
Once cooked moved beignet to a plate lined with a paper towel.
Sprinkle with powder sugar.
